ParadigmaST Launches Venture Studio for Sports Tech, Fitness Tech and Health Tech Startups
ParadigmaST is launching a new Venture Studio focused on building and supporting technology companies in Sports Tech, Fitness Tech, Health Tech, and Wellness Tech.
For years, ParadigmaST has been helping companies build technology products.
Now we want to go one step further – and build companies together with founders.
The new Venture Studio is designed for founders and early-stage teams that need more than software development alone. Depending on the venture, ParadigmaST can contribute product expertise, engineering, design, initial marketing, strategic support, industry access, and selected cash investment.
More Than Product Development
The Venture Studio model allows ParadigmaST to become an active venture-building partner rather than working only as an external development team.
For selected ventures, our support may include:
- product strategy and roadmap development;
- software engineering;
- AI and Computer Vision development;
- UX/UI and product packaging;
- MVP and pilot development;
- cloud infrastructure and integrations;
- initial marketing and go-to-market support;
- strategic company building;
- business development and industry introductions;
- selected direct cash investment.
The exact structure of each partnership is defined individually based on the company stage, product, market opportunity, team, and level of ParadigmaST involvement.
Up to €100K in Combined Venture Support
For selected projects, ParadigmaST may contribute a combined venture-building package with a total value of up to approximately €100,000.
This does not necessarily mean a €100K cash investment.
The total contribution can combine development, product work, engineering, UX/UI, marketing, strategic consulting, business development support, infrastructure, and – where appropriate – direct capital.
Possible cooperation models include development for equity, broader venture-building packages, hybrid investment structures, and deeper co-building or joint venture partnerships.

We are particularly interested in ventures with a clear market problem, strong founder involvement, relevant domain expertise, international potential, and a product where technology can create a meaningful competitive advantage.
From Idea to Early Traction
ParadigmaST considers ventures at different stages.
This includes idea and pre-seed projects, prototypes and MVPs, companies with early traction, and selected existing products entering a new market or developing a new technology direction.
Depending on the starting point, the goal may be to validate the product concept, build an MVP, launch a pilot, reach initial users or customers, establish early traction, and prepare the company for its next stage of growth or fundraising.
How the Process Works
The process starts with a venture submission and an introductory discussion.
If there is a potential strategic fit, the ParadigmaST team reviews the product concept, market, technical feasibility, roadmap, required resources, and possible cooperation model.
For some projects, cooperation may begin with a short discovery, validation, prototype, or pilot stage before moving into a deeper venture-building partnership.
If both sides decide to proceed, the structure, responsibilities, milestones, equity, contribution model, and timeline are agreed individually.
